½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp red chilli powder

Finely chop the following
1 onion chopped
Garlic (3-4 cloves) chopped
2 Green chillies chopped
Cashews 4-5.
Now the main ingredient - Soy chunks. In a microwavable pot, take water, add salt and soy chunks. Cook for 2 mins in mircowave, take it out and let the soy chunks soak.
Drain the excess water, squeeze out the water from the chunks and grind them.
Cooking Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds
- Add green chillies, garlic and chopped onion.
- Fry till the onion turn brown.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander Powder and fry for 1 min. approx.
- Add the ground soy chunks.
- Cook for a min or two.
- Add garam masala.
Serve hot with chapatti or paratha.
